materialkitchenlife currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If an item is unavailable or a delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
We use United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected at our discretion and may vary by destination. After shipment, orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided with your order. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment label is created.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@materialkitchenlife.sbs or +1 424-398-9146. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. If your package arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide assistance. Please keep the original packaging and any damaged items until the matter is resolved.
