materialkitchenlife accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Standard shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the order total. We capture payment when the order is processed. If your payment method cannot be authorized or charged, we may contact you or cancel the order.
Payment Security
Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Please review the privacy and security practices of the payment provider you choose at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect a return, we process the refund within 1-2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7-10 business days to post the refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider. We may cancel unpaid orders. If an order is canceled after payment was captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
