You may return any item purchased from materialkitchenlife within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. This return window applies to all returns, not only items that are defective or damaged.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Please include any parts, accessories, or materials that were included with the item. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address.

Return Shipping and Fees
Return shipping is free for eligible returns within the United States. We do not charge restocking fees. No additional return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7-10 business days to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed on our side.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was processed and you still do not see the funds, please contact us at info@materialkitchenlife.sbs. We will provide the refund reference information so you can follow up with your payment provider if needed.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
